ANTICIPATING THE GREAT LIBERATION #InTheseTimes

Since I started attending the Deeper Life Bible Church after the lockdown, it has been an amazing experience. The home church is quite sizable so everyone knows each other by name. We relate with each other like one big family.
I have had rapid and continual growth in my walk with God and in my Christian experience. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach the youth “Search the Scripture” class twice and I look forward to doing it more.

Recently, we have been planning on something. I don’t know why I’m particularly excited about it but I guess it’s because this will be my first time attending the program. It is called the Easter Retreat.
Last Sunday, I got caught up with excitement as the announcement was made again. The theme, “The Great Liberation”, kept ringing in my ears after the service.

My pastor explained that it is centered on the victory that the cross of Jesus Christ brings to mankind. On the cross, He died, sin died. On the 3rd day, He resurrected and conquered the grave.
This is the confidence that we have as Christians. When we call on Him, we know we are calling on a living God. When we pray to Him concerning any mountain, we know it will be removed.

You don’t want to miss this encounter. Imagine yourself visiting calvary once again, you can never leave the same way. Every yoke of sin, sickness, bondage, curse, and delay will be removed. We will be enjoying the great liberation that comes only from the cross.
I have already asked for and received permission to be off work on the 1st of April. The 2nd should be a public holiday, and I have the weekend (3rd&4th) to myself to continue with the program.
